To ensure the best experience for The Culture, we follow a strict Check-on-Delivery policy.
1. Inspect at the Door
- Check for damages.
- Verify the items and quantity.
- Confirm the style and size.
2. Immediate Returns
If there is any issue, return it to the delivery man immediately.
3. Final Sale
Once the delivery man leaves, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. By accepting the package, you confirm the order is correct and in perfect condition.
How to resolve an issue:
- Identify the problem while the delivery man is present.
- Call us instantly while the delivery man is still there.
- Hand the parcel back to the delivery man.
Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable. Any advance payments will be refunded via bKash/Nagad within 3-5 business days of the return.
